Job Description:

Join an inpatient acute care team in Albuquerque as a Case Manager Registered Nurse supporting both adult and pediatric patients. You will coordinate care, assess patient needs, collaborate with healthcare teams, and help guide patients through the hospital stay and transition planning. This travel assignment offers a weekday day schedule, making it a practical opportunity for an experienced acute care case manager who enjoys structured 8-hour shifts.

Job Specifics:

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
