Job Description:

Join a high-acuity surgical services team in Springfield as an experienced OR Surgical Technologist supporting a broad range of procedures in a Level I trauma and teaching hospital setting. You will prepare operating rooms, maintain aseptic technique, handle instrumentation and supplies, support general, orthopedic, neurosurgical, trauma, ENT, gynecologic, urologic, oral, plastic, and endoscopic procedures, and follow strict safety and specimen-handling protocols. This assignment offers exposure to a busy surgical schedule averaging 50–60 cases daily, with opportunities to work across varied specialties. Weekend coverage is required once a month, along with on-call support as needed.
