Job Description:

Take on a 13-week travel nursing assignment in Sun City West, Arizona, providing comprehensive care across the patient experience. You will assess physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, and developmental needs; create and update individualized plans of care; administer interventions; evaluate outcomes; and document each step accurately. The role includes direct patient care, patient and family education, discharge planning, coordination with the multidisciplinary team, and appropriate delegation and supervision of nursing and support staff. You will work 12-hour day shifts in a setting where thoughtful clinical judgment, organized documentation, and responsive care shape each shift.
