Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment supports telemetry patients in a fast-paced acute-care setting. You will assess changes in patient condition, interpret rhythm strips, use EKG equipment, and monitor cardiac status throughout each shift. Experience with chronic ventilator patients is required, and familiarity with initiating and maintaining cardiac drips such as dobutamine, amiodarone, and Cardizem is preferred. The assignment includes Epic charting, floating as needed, and an EKG strip test during orientation. First-time travelers are welcome.

Job Specifics:

Location: Harvey, Illinois
Shift: 12-hour days, 06:45–19:15, three shifts per week
Duration: 36 hours per week for 13 weeks
