Job Description:

This travel contract is designed for an RN with acute care telemetry and Epic experience. You will assess patients, develop and update individualized plans of care, provide evidence-based nursing interventions, educate patients and families, and respond to changes in condition with sound clinical judgment. The role emphasizes patient- and family-centered care, holistic assessment, multidisciplinary collaboration, safety initiatives, discharge planning, and clear handoffs. Night-shift nursing brings a quieter rhythm, but never a quiet responsibility.
