Job Description:

Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to expectant mothers, postpartum patients, and newborns during a 13-week travel assignment in Salmon, Idaho. On 12-hour night shifts, you will support labor and delivery, perform maternal and fetal assessments, assist with births, administer medications and IV therapy, provide postpartum and newborn education, and respond to changes in patient condition. When the Obstetrics unit has no active patients, you will care for assigned medical-surgical patients, including adults recovering from surgery or managing acute and chronic conditions. This assignment offers the opportunity to use your obstetric expertise while adapting to varied patient needs across two clinical areas.
