Job Description:

This travel Registered Nurse assignment in Mesa, Arizona, focuses on comprehensive acute-care nursing across the patient journey. You will assess physical and psychosocial needs, develop and revise individualized plans of care, provide direct nursing care, administer treatments, coordinate with the healthcare team, educate patients and families, and document each stage of care accurately. The 12-hour night schedule offers the opportunity to support patients during overnight recovery while collaborating with licensed and non-licensed team members. You will also help evaluate outcomes, coordinate discharge planning, and provide direction to other caregivers as needed.
