Job Description:

This travel nursing assignment in Sun City West, Arizona, is designed for a Registered Nurse who will assess patients, develop and update individualized care plans, provide direct nursing care, coordinate services, and evaluate patient progress. You will document assessments, interventions, responses to treatment, and physician orders while supporting patient and family education, discharge planning, and continuity of care. The role includes collaborating with the healthcare team and providing direction to licensed and non-licensed personnel as needed. Expect a 12-hour day shift in a direct patient care setting, with opportunities to experience the relaxed pace and desert character of the West Valley.
