Job Description:

Support patients with leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, myelodysplastic disorders, and other blood cancers in a specialty bone marrow transplant and hematology setting. This travel assignment focuses on phone triage, patient education, care coordination, over-the-phone screenings, lab-result monitoring, symptom management, and collaboration with triage nurses and advanced practice providers. Oncology experience is required, while bone marrow transplant, hematology, triage, and EPIC experience are preferred. You will work with a supportive team and always have another nurse available as a resource.
