Job Description:

Join a rural community hospital operating room as a certified surgical technologist supporting a broad mix of procedures, including general surgery, total joint and orthopedic cases, plastics, podiatry, cataracts and other eye procedures, and women’s health. You will scrub for scheduled cases, assist as needed, and transition between responsibilities based on daily needs. The assignment offers varied surgical experience, block scheduling, and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team in a smaller facility where every day can bring a different case mix. The schedule includes weekday call, late-stay rotations, occasional weekend call, and a 30-minute call response time.

Job Specifics:

Location: Winona, Minnesota

Shift: 8-hour days, five shifts per week, typically 6:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., with late-stay and call rotations

Duration: 13 weeks
