Job Description:

Join a 13-week travel assignment in Indianapolis as a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse working three 12-hour night shifts each week. Care for patients with trauma and surgical needs, including orthopedic injuries, significant wounds, surgical drains, ostomies, hernia repairs, and skin flaps. The assignment includes opportunities to support charge coverage with training and resources, float across levels of care as needed, and work with students or precept new team members. Weekend scheduling is based on unit needs, with travelers expected to work approximately half of the weekends during the contract.

Expect cool, crisp conditions with a mix of cloudy and sunny days. Temperatures are generally comfortable for exploring the city, though layers and a light jacket are useful for cooler evenings and occasional rain.
