Job Description:

This travel Registered Nurse assignment supports adults in a subacute inpatient rehabilitation setting in Three Rivers. You will care for patients recovering from conditions such as stroke, amputation, spinal cord injury, motor vehicle accidents, and hip fractures while helping them progress through intensive daily therapy. The role includes 12-hour day shifts, medication administration, documentation in Cerner, and use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts and sit-to-stand devices. You will work every other weekend and may float to a lower-acuity medical-surgical unit. Royal blue or white scrubs are required, along with a Michigan nursing license and BLS certification.
