Job Description:

Join a step-down nursing team in New Haven for a 13-week travel contract working four 12-hour night shifts each week. You will primarily care for patients in a step-down setting with an average 3:1 assignment, provide occasional ICU coverage, and float to other units or nearby campuses as needed. This role offers the opportunity to work with complex patients while gaining experience across progressive and intensive care settings. ACLS and BLS are required, and first-time travelers are welcome with at least two years of experience.
