Job Description:

This travel contract is designed for an experienced Step-Down Registered Nurse who enjoys high-acuity assignments and 12-hour night shifts. You will care for patients with conditions including DKA, GI bleeding, COPD, pneumonia, stroke, sepsis, and urological complications. The role includes cardiac monitor interpretation, ventilator and tracheostomy management, chest tubes and drains, cardiac drips, IV starts, and care for patients requiring close monitoring. EPIC experience, ventilator experience, BLS, ACLS, and the ability to read and interpret cardiac rhythms are required. You may float to medically appropriate specialty areas, including respiratory-focused units, based on operational needs.
