Job Description:

Join a 13-week travel contract as an RN on a progressive care unit in High Point, North Carolina. You will care for intermediate-acuity patients with diagnoses including stroke, heart failure, transient ischemic attack, sepsis, syncope, acute kidney injury, and chest pain. This assignment is well suited for an experienced progressive care nurse who is comfortable with telemetry, recognizing and escalating neurological changes, and managing selected hemodynamic drips such as Cardizem, Heparin, Insulin, Neo, Nitro, and Amiodarone. The unit also supports heated high-flow therapy and post-cardiac-catheterization TR bands. Bring your NIHSS expertise and be ready to make every shift count.
