Job Description:

This travel Registered Nurse assignment in Phoenix involves assessing patients, developing and updating individualized plans of care, providing direct nursing care, administering treatments, coordinating with the healthcare team, and evaluating patient progress. You will document care thoroughly, support patient and family education, delegate appropriately, and help guide licensed and non-licensed staff as needed. The role offers the opportunity to experience Phoenix while working 12-hour night shifts in an acute care setting.
