Job Description:

This 13-week travel laboratory assignment is based in South Bend, Washington, along the Washington Coast. As a certified MLT or MLS, you will work independently on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night shifts across all areas of the laboratory, including Blood Bank and Microbiology setups, gram stains, instrument troubleshooting, and scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance. The role offers broad hands-on experience with chemistry, hematology, coagulation, microbiology, blood banking, and point-of-care testing in a small critical-access setting where your versatility is essential.

Weather:

Expect cool coastal conditions with fresh ocean air, comfortable temperatures for exploring, and a mix of cloudy skies, light rain, and occasional bright breaks. Waterproof layers and comfortable walking shoes are useful for enjoying the surrounding shoreline and outdoor scenery.
