Job Description:

This travel Registered Nurse assignment in Sun City focuses on assessing, planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating individualized nursing care. You will provide direct patient care, review clinical information and diagnostic results, coordinate with the healthcare team, administer care according to orders and nursing plans, and evaluate patient and family responses. The role also includes patient and family education, discharge planning, accurate documentation, and appropriate delegation and supervision of support personnel. Working 12-hour night shifts, you will help maintain continuity of care during overnight hours while supporting safe, evidence-based outcomes.
