Job Description:

This travel nursing assignment places you in a critical care float pool, where you will provide direct nursing care across changing patient needs and care settings. You will implement and monitor care plans, assess and communicate patient conditions, carry out physician and nursing orders, coordinate with the full healthcare team, and support discharge planning. The 12-hour night schedule offers the opportunity to bring steady clinical judgment and adaptability to each shift—because critical care rarely follows a script.
