Job Description:

Provide physical therapy evaluations, treatment planning, and follow-through for patients in an acute care hospital setting. This assignment offers the opportunity to support rehabilitation across a hospital-based caseload while using electronic medical records, with Epic experience preferred. The schedule begins at 8:00 AM and generally includes four days per week, with occasional increases to a 40-hour workweek. Weekend rotation includes at least three weekend shifts during a four-week cycle, with a possible holiday shift depending on the assignment dates.
