Why did you choose Atlas MedStaff?
I chose Atlas MedStaff because I couldn’t ignore the feeling that it just fit—like it understood exactly what I was looking for before I even had the words for it. And for me, that mattered, because this work is personal.
Before recruiting, I was on the patient side of healthcare for years. I’ve seen firsthand how much the people caring for patients matter, and that perspective shaped what I wanted in this next chapter. I didn’t want to just place travelers—I wanted to genuinely support them, advocate for them, and make sure they never feel like just a number.
Atlas made that an easy choice. They lead with family, support real work-life balance, and truly invest in their people. That’s the kind of environment I believe in, and it’s exactly how I approach working with my travelers every day.
Family:
My family means everything to me. My husband, Mike, and our daughter, Parker, are my world. We waited until we were older to become parents, and now we’re savoring every single moment of her childhood.
Hobbies:
Cooking is my absolute happy place—the kitchen is where I feel at home. I’m also starting to teach Parker her way around the kitchen, which has been so fun. I have a Cricut and love getting creative with it, though lately, I’ve had less time to dive into it. When I do, I enjoy bringing my ideas to life. Our house is all about Nebraska Huskers on Saturdays and Minnesota Vikings on Sundays—it’s all about the football vibes! Fall is absolutely our favorite season—football, flannel, crockpots, and all the spooky stuff! There’s just something about the cozy vibes and excitement.
As a family, we love spending time together, no matter what we’re doing. It’s those moments that make life special.
Pets:
We have Sally, our betta fish, who’s quickly become part of the family. My parents also have two adorable Malshis, Molly and Murphy—tiny 7-pound cuddle bugs we love any chance we get.

- Travel to Sicily, Italy
To experience where my family comes from, learn the history, and fully immerse myself in the culture—while enjoying all the incredible food along the way - Visit Hawaii and truly unplug
Slow down, be present, and enjoy time with my family without a schedule – just sunshine, ocean air, and relaxation. - Achieve financial independence
Build a life that allows for freedom, security, and more quality time with the people who matter most. - Learn to cook more and expand my skills
Spend time learning new recipes, especially family-inspired meals, and really enjoy the process of cooking and sharing it with the people I love. - Take a coast-to-coast road trip across the U.S.
Stopping along the way to explore small towns, historic places, and hidden gems – while showing my daughter just how much there is to see.
