Job Description:

Join our team as a travel healthcare professional in Dallas, Texas, where you'll take on an engaging float position. You'll navigate a dynamic landscape of healthcare facilities across North Texas while primarily being assigned to one hospital as your home base. If you're flexible and comfortable floating, you'll have the chance to work at a couple of other facilities when volumes shift or when coverage is needed. Those with acute dialysis experience will thrive in this role, providing hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis services to patients in a variety of hospital settings. Your schedule will include three 12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the possibility of up to two Saturdays within a four-week rotation. While you may encounter up to seven call shifts during that period, you’ll be part of a collaborative team ensuring quality care across institutions.
