Join our team as a PICU Registered Nurse in the lively city of Denver! In this dynamic role, you will confidently step into the charge position, overseeing the care of pediatric patients in our combined Pediatric and PICU unit. With a manageable patient ratio of 1:3, you’ll engage with diverse cases, including high-acuity respiratory conditions and less acute patients, allowing you to play a crucial role in the progression of young lives. Your expertise will be put to the test as you navigate the complexities of pediatric trauma care alongside a dedicated team. Expect your nights to be both rewarding and impactful as you work 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30, contributing significantly to the unit’s success while enjoying a sense of camaraderie among staff.
