Job Description:

Join our team for an exciting contract opportunity as a labor and delivery nurse in the stunning South Lake Tahoe area. Here, you'll be part of a dedicated team at a community-focused health system that has been serving residents and guests in this picturesque location since 1963. You'll be engaged in a variety of activities, from pre-labor triage and deliveries to postpartum care, supporting mothers and their newborns through every step. Your experience with high-risk patients, such as those dealing with preeclampsia and gestational diabetes, will be vital. Expect to be challenged and fulfilled as you provide care in a unit equipped for 300 births per year, while enjoying the breathtaking backdrop of Lake Tahoe. Prepare for 12-hour night shifts where your skills will shine, and be ready to tackle the unique situations that arise in this beautiful mountain setting.
