Job Description:

Join our exceptional team as a Medical Surgical Float Registered Nurse in the vibrant city of Charleston, South Carolina! This role offers the opportunity to work in a Level I Trauma Center and Teaching Facility. You will be engaging in a multifaceted experience, floating between various medical-surgical units, ensuring patients receive optimal care while working a consistent night shift schedule of 3x12 hours. Your workweek will total 36 hours, and you'll be part of a supportive team that embraces a collaborative approach to nursing.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with an excellent team of healthcare professionals, adapting swiftly to different unit needs, and utilizing your nursing expertise to provide outstanding care. You’ll enjoy the thrill of new challenges with each shift while maintaining high standards of practice across various departments.
