Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse with supervisory experience. You will be overseeing clinical practice, staffing, and patient flow during your shifts. As you work three 12-hour night shifts per week, picture yourself leading process improvement initiatives and engaging your fellow professionals in exciting activities that contribute to a positive work environment. Note that you will need to live at least 50 miles away to take on this rewarding position.

This Clinical Supervisor position requires a minimum of two years of supervision experience in a Medical/Surgical and Telemetry setting, along with current certifications including NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is highly desired, and candidates must have Cerner experience and a current RN license in the District of Columbia. Your role will not only allow you to guide a dedicated healthcare team but also provide the chance to make a real difference in the facility’s operations during the holiday coverage period.
