Job Description:

Join a dedicated team at LewisGale Medical Center's Inpatient Rehab unit in Salem, Virginia, for a rewarding travel healthcare contract. This role involves providing physical rehabilitation support, working closely with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physicians. You'll be responsible for assisting with procedures such as IV medication administration, bladder scans, trach care, and tube feeding, all while operating vital sign monitors, Baxter IV pumps, and bladder scanners. The unit's lively atmosphere and collaborative approach make it a distinctive setting, offering a chance to impact patient recovery and independence firsthand. This position offers an opportunity to refine your skills in a specialized rehab environment while enjoying a balanced schedule of 12-hour days every other weekend.
