Job Description:

Join us for an exhilarating adventure as an ICU Registered Nurse based in Mission Viejo, California! This unique contract offers you the chance to work in a Float Pool, providing critical care in a fast-paced acute care hospital setting. Operating on a 12-hour night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, you will be immersed in a vibrant environment, engaging with diverse cases and collaborating with seasoned professionals. With a focus on teamwork, this position encourages you to adapt and thrive across different ICU units while maintaining high standards of care for critically ill patients.

You'll be responsible for monitoring patients’ conditions, administering medications, and ensuring a supportive atmosphere for both patients and their families. Flexibility is key, as you may need to float between similar units to meet the demands of the hospital.
