Job Description:

Join our team as a travel healthcare professional in the vibrant city of Worcester, Massachusetts! This unique assignment is for an experienced NICU Registered Nurse ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our tiniest patients. With a focus on high-acuity care, you'll have the opportunity to work in a Level 3 or 4 NICU, leveraging your skills and expertise to support critically ill newborns and their families.

We are seeking someone with at least 2 years of NICU experience, along with a current MA RN license (conditional licenses are also welcome). Your proficiency with EPIC and NRP certification will be essential as you manage complex cases and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment. While you’ll be working three 12-hour night shifts each week, your dedication will ensure that every shift is not just a job but a rewarding adventure in neonatal care!
