Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as an RN in the PCU Float Pool at Inova Alexandria Hospital, where you'll embark on an exciting journey through various units! This role requires you to float to all PCU and Tele Units, allowing you to gain diverse experience and adapt to different patient scenarios. In this position, you'll be pivotal in caring for a variety of patients, from those recovering from strokes to individuals experiencing chest pains. Your expertise in neuro assessments and cardiac drips will ensure you are ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way.

You will work 12-hour night shifts, providing care where it is most needed within the hospital. Expect to rotate through PCU, overflow, medical, and surgical floors, making each shift unique. As part of a collaborative team, your role will include titrating drips and interpreting EKG strips, further enriching your clinical skills.
