Job Description:

Join a supportive and collaborative team in Bismarck, North Dakota, as a Medsurg/Onc RN. You will be stepping into a dynamic Medsurg unit that specializes in oncology care, where your keen skills will be put to use administering chemotherapy and managing a variety of acute conditions. This unique role also requires you to work with patients of all ages, including adults and geriatrics facing challenges such as strokes, high blood pressure, and respiratory issues.

As a valuable member of the night shift team, you'll experience a balanced patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:5-6, ensuring you have the time to engage and support your patients effectively. Your responsibilities will include administering and titrating drips, monitoring vital equipment, and collaborating closely with charge nurses and patient care technicians. You'll find a family-oriented unit culture that thrives on teamwork, ensuring travelers feel right at home.
