Job Description:

Are you ready to embark on an exciting adventure in the world of Nuclear Medicine? As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a critical role in preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals, assisting in a variety of diagnostic exams and procedures that help physicians make informed decisions. Your day will involve utilizing advanced equipment such as the Philips Vereos PET/CT scanner and the Siemens C.Cam cardiac camera, while you showcase your expertise in routine NM procedures.

Working the day shift, Monday through Friday, you will have a stable schedule that allows you to enjoy the evenings and weekends exploring the lovely city of Augusta, Georgia. You will be collaborating with fellow professionals in the Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT departments, ensuring all equipment is functioning optimally while upholding the highest radiation safety standards.

Prepare to dive into data post-processing and evaluating images for quality, all while ensuring the proper identification and safety of patients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will not only sharpen your skills in Nuclear Medicine but also provide an opportunity to bring your personal warmth and professionalism to the role.
