Job Description:

Join our exceptional team as a travel healthcare professional in Urbana, Illinois! This exciting contract role offers the unique opportunity to work in a dynamic emergency department setting. Your primary responsibilities will include performing initial assessments, developing comprehensive care plans, implementing nursing interventions, and continuously modifying care based on patient evaluations. You will take an active role in ensuring patient and employee safety while adhering to established protocols.

In addition to collaborating with your colleagues to enhance patient outcomes, you’ll have the chance to provide constructive feedback to peers while embracing opportunities for professional growth yourself. Buckle up for thrilling nights from 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM, with a commitment of 36 hours per week, plus two call shifts every six weeks. You'll be required to rotate nights during your assignment, ensuring you become an essential part of the night shift crew!
