Job Description:

Join our team in Freeport, Illinois, as a travel healthcare professional in the Operating Room department. In this role, you will dive into a fast-paced environment featuring four main OR suites, two minor procedure rooms, and an OB C-section room. Your expertise will be put to the test, handling an average of 15-20 diverse cases daily, including general surgery, orthopedic totals, EENT, gynecological, urology, and more. If you’ve got a seasoned background with 2-5 years of relevant operating room experience (and preferably cataracts), you're exactly who we’re looking for.

As a travel RN, your shifts will rotate between 9 or 10 hours, with a unique cover system for late discharges. You'll be scheduled four weeks in advance and enjoy a 13-week assignment that promises efficiency and flexibility. On-call responsibilities include an average of one weeknight call, with weekend commitments every fifth weekend.
