Job Description:

Join our exceptional team as a travel healthcare professional specializing in Stepdown Cardiac Neuro at our vibrant Midtown facility in Evansville, Indiana. You'll be at the heart of patient care, where your expertise in managing a diverse post-procedure cardiac population—including STEMI and NSTEMI cases—will be instrumental. You'll thrive in a 19-bed blended unit that encourages strong assessment and critical thinking skills, all while embracing the unique challenges and rewards that travel contracts offer.

Expect your nights to be engaging as you work 12-hour shifts, starting from 6:30 PM, in a setting where collaboration and adaptability are key. Your responsibilities will include initiating and titrating drips, performing tele/12-lead EKG interpretations, and conducting thorough neuro assessments. With a requirement to float within your skill set, you may have the chance to collaborate with colleagues at Deaconess Newburgh and potentially Henderson if the situation arises, all while enjoying a two-hour notice for cross-campus floats. There's never a dull moment!
