Job Description:

Join our vibrant team as an ER Registered Nurse in the heart of Lansing, Michigan, where you'll be at the cutting edge of emergency care! This opportunity awaits a dedicated nurse ready to embrace the high-speed environment of a Level I Trauma Center. Your role will keep you on your toes as you handle cases ranging from rapid assessments to advanced triage, ensuring every patient receives the immediate attention they deserve.

Your challenge includes working three weekends every four weeks, where each shift brings a fresh opportunity to make an impact. Enjoy the thrill of night shifts, working 12-hour stretches from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, where every moment counts! You'll bring your Level I trauma experience along with essential certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and BCLS to the table, preparing you for the exciting responsibilities ahead.

The position does require flexibility, as you may float to pediatrics and tackle the occasional high patient ratio that can range from 5 to 8 patients, depending on the night. If you have a knack for interpretation and management of dysrhythmias and are comfortable with EPIC charting, you'll thrive in this exhilarating role!
