Join a spirited team committed to excellence as a Travel LDRP RN – Float in Williston, North Dakota. This unique role offers the opportunity to float between the labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum unit while enjoying the flexibility of 12-hour day shifts. You'll find yourself immersed in a supportive environment where your skills in critical thinking and the interpretation of fetal strips will be vital. With a total of 15 beds in the unit, your work will focus on a diverse patient population, mainly obstetric and neonates, providing a rich tapestry of experiences in maternal health.

This position does not involve any clinical engagement with labor and delivery, allowing you to concentrate on your nursing expertise while enjoying block scheduling. Your adaptability will shine, as you sometimes float to med-surg and ER as needed, further enhancing your professional growth during this assignment.
