Job Description:

Join our vibrant team as a Critical Care Float Registered Nurse in the picturesque city of Newport News, Virginia! In this exciting role, you will experience the thrill of working across various critical care units, including the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU), Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU), Cardiac Care Unit (CCU), and Oncology ICU. Your expertise will be pivotal in managing a diverse patient population, from those recovering from open-heart surgeries and traumatic injuries to oncology patients in need of specialized care.

As part of our critical care float pool, your shifts will be 3x12 hours of night duty, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of critical care from 7 PM to 7 AM. With a flexible schedule and a chance to work in multiple settings, every day promises new challenges and opportunities to showcase your skills. Because weekends are just around the corner, you'll be required to work every other weekend, ensuring a balanced work-life experience with ample time for relaxation.
