Job Description:

Join us as a Neonatal Intensive Care Registered Nurse (NICU RN) in sunny Tucson, Arizona! As a travel healthcare professional in this unique role, you will have the opportunity to work night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM while providing essential care to our tiniest patients. You'll engage in critical responsibilities such as attending high-risk newborn deliveries, performing NICU admits, starting IVs, and drawing labs. With a focus on infant-driven feeding, your skills in ventilator management will be invaluable in ensuring optimal care for our newborns.

Your expertise is crucial, as you'll be working in a Level 3 NICU environment with a special emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. If the census is low, flexible travelers may also have opportunities to assist in couplet care or in well-baby nursery assignments based on their experience.
