Job Description:

Are you an Occupational Therapist ready to embark on an exciting travel adventure? This role in St. Peters, Missouri, offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced acute care hospital setting that specializes in therapy and rehabilitation. You'll dive into your work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a weekend rotation every six weeks to keep things interesting. Picture yourself collaborating with a dedicated team, managing a daily caseload of 8 to 10 patients, each with their unique rehabilitation needs after surgeries like total hip or knee replacements.

Your expertise in adaptive equipment and your experience with various conditions, such as CVA rehabilitation, Multiple Sclerosis, and Parkinson's disease, will be invaluable. While you won’t have patient care responsibilities outside of therapy, your contributions to patient/family education and safety are crucial as you guide individuals through their recovery journeys. You’ll also enjoy the support of your colleagues as you float to sister facilities as necessary, ensuring a collaborative and enriching environment.
