Job Description:

Join our dedicated team as a travel healthcare professional in Carbondale, Illinois, where your expertise in Medical-Surgical nursing will be put to the test during night shifts! You'll be operating in a cozy 25-bed unit that boasts a diverse range of cases, primarily focusing on stroke patients, post-op recovery, and various complex medical requirements. If you’re seasoned with Epic systems and ready to hit the ground running, this role is for you!

Your typical night will involve caring for 5 to 6 patients, providing critical attention to those managing conditions like altered mental status, COPD exacerbations, and more. With our priority on swift onboarding, you will be prepared through an initial 8-hour day of modules and policies, followed by up to two 12-hour orientation shifts.
