Job Description:

Join our team as a seasoned Registered Nurse in the ICU, where your skills will shine while taking care of complex patients. This unique contract offers an engaging opportunity to work in a mixed unit that includes MICU, SICU, CICU, and TICU patients. You'll use your expertise managing surgical, medical, cardiac, and trauma cases, ensuring that every shift presents new challenges to conquer.

As you navigate through your 12-hour night shifts, expect to engage with patients who have diverse diagnoses—everything from ARDS to post-cardiac procedures, strengthening your critical thinking and assessment abilities. With a patient ratio that varies from 1:1 to 1:3, the fast-paced environment will keep you on your toes—don’t forget to bring your favorite night-owl coffee!

To excel in this role, a minimum of two years in ICU settings is essential, enhancing your capacity to lead in teamwork discussions and ensure high-quality patient outcomes. You’ll need to be comfortable with a 48-hour weekly commitment and be equipped with certifications like BLS, ACLS, and TNCC.
