Job Description:

Join our team as a Charge Nurse in the vibrant coastal city of Beverly, Massachusetts! In this dynamic role, you will ensure that nursing practices are in alignment with the highest standards, while you graciously lead your team through the night shifts. Your typical schedule will begin at 7 PM and conclude at 7:30 AM, providing you with ample time to enjoy the serene evenings and stunning sunrises after your shift.

As a Charge Nurse, you will be leveraging your strong clinical experience, to oversee nursing staff, interact with the healthcare team, and maintain smooth operations throughout your shifts. Your role is not just about management; you'll play an integral part in fostering an environment where both staff and patients feel supported and safe.

To succeed, you should hold a current Massachusetts nursing license and have certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC. With at least two years of nursing experience, including previous charge nurse responsibilities, you are ready to tackle the challenges that come your way.
