In this role, you will provide critical care for patients experiencing a range of complex medical conditions, including trauma, cardiac issues, and respiratory distress. As a registered nurse in this bustling 33-bed unit, you’ll be working alongside seasoned professionals and gaining valuable experience while managing patient loads with a typical ratio of 1:2-3 for adults. Your shifts will be 12 hours long, allowing you to immerse yourself fully in each patient’s journey while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You'll also have the chance to independently titrate drips and utilize advanced monitoring equipment, sharpening your clinical skills.
