Job Description:

Are you a skilled Registered Nurse with a flair for adaptability and a desire to work in a dynamic unit? Join us in Bloomington, Indiana, for an exciting opportunity as an ER Holding Registered Nurse! In this role, you will support an acuity adaptable unit that handles a range of patients from medical-surgical levels of care to post-critical care. You will be working closely with a dedicated team, and you'll be involved in team nursing alongside LPNs, navigating through the ebb and flow of patient needs.

You'll thrive in this environment if you have experience in PCU and are comfortable with occasional floating to inpatient units. With flexible ratios fluctuating between 1:5 to 1:6, adaptability will be key. Most importantly, your role will allow you to demonstrate your knowledge and expertise while making a significant impact on patient care.
