Job Description:

Step into the role of a skilled nurse in Alexandria, Louisiana, where you’ll engage with a MedSurg unit primarily focused on post-surgical and neuro patients. Here, you will utilize your expertise and compassion to provide care during the night shift, specifically from 7 PM to 7 AM. With night hours, you get the flexibility to enjoy daytime activities or rest as you need. As part of a close-knit team, you’ll collaborate to deliver routine and complex care, prioritizing both physical and emotional recovery.

This assignment includes opportunities for advancement with potential temp-to-perm positions available—ideal if you’re looking to settle into your next long-term role. And while a blocked schedule is attempted, we want you to be prepared for adaptive scheduling as needed. Being proficient with EPIC is considered a bonus, enhancing your ability to document and manage patient information effectively.
