Job Description:

Join a vibrant team as a Labor & Delivery RN in the heart of Alliance, Nebraska! In this role, you'll find yourself at the forefront of childbirth, working directly with mothers in a supportive and caring environment. You'll be experiencing the joy and excitement of assisting in approximately 80 deliveries each year while ensuring that both mom and baby enjoy a seamless transition together in the room.

Your primary focus will be in the Obstetrics department, working 12-hour shifts, where you'll have the opportunity to attend C-sections and provide dedicated care as needed. With only one RN in the OB department at a time, you will have the chance to shine in your responsibilities. When there are no patients, you may float to the Patient Care Unit for diverse experiences. Imagine the camaraderie you’ll build with the team, including Providers, CRNAs, and Surgical Techs, as you collaborate to deliver exceptional care.

This position involves self-scheduling with a rotational basis approved by the scheduling committee, ensuring a balanced work-life experience, including every third weekend off.
