Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Case Manager Registered Nurse focused on Outpatient Oncology Care in beautiful Orange, California. In this role, you will facilitate comprehensive care for Neuro Oncology patients, collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to develop customized roadmaps for their journey. You won’t be administering chemotherapy, but you will combine your in-depth knowledge of it, honed by experience in both Oncology and Pediatrics, to guide patients through their treatments.

Your daily tasks will include assessing patients, implementing physician orders and treatment plans, and meticulously keeping records. You'll have the opportunity to coordinate activities across different disciplines, ensuring that each patient receives the well-rounded support they need, like a superhero sidekick for their health journey. Float coverage will be part of your responsibilities, providing a fantastic chance to network with and support your colleagues.

This is not a role for the faint of heart; your expertise will be relied upon as you manage cases efficiently, ensuring that follow-up appointments, lab orders, and referrals are handled with care and precision.
