Job Description:

This travel nursing position involves providing direct patient care during 12-hour night shifts in a vibrant healthcare facility in Carmel, Indiana. As the primary point of contact, you will implement and monitor patient care plans, document patient conditions, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team. Your role includes coordinating discharge planning and ensuring that physician and nursing orders are seamlessly carried out.
