Job Description:

Join an exciting travel healthcare adventure as a PCU Registered Nurse! In this unique role, you will be stepping into the heart of a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your expertise is crucial in caring for patients who are boarding in the Emergency Department, awaiting admission to inpatient units. With shifts structured as 3x12-hour nights, you’ll have ample time to immerse yourself in the vibrant surroundings of Washington, DC. This position requires a Registered Nurse with at least two years of experience and a minimum of one prior travel assignment.

As a traveler, you’ll have the opportunity to utilize your skills in various areas, including telemetry, IV therapy, and patient management protocols. Plus, you’ll be part of a team that balances clinically intensive responsibilities with the unique challenges posed by high-admission scenarios. You’ll engage with diverse patients and have the chance to demonstrate your ability to float between units when necessary. If you have certifications such as ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS, along with a pending or current DC RN license, we would love to hear from you!
